Multi-State Nurse Practitioner

Job Summary

Supporting members during off-hours, the part-time After Hours Nurse Practitioner will deliver care remotely via phone and video, assessing clinical needs and directing appropriate care while managing clinical calls and documentation through the Thyme Care platform.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound clinical calls, assess clinical status, and triage to the appropriate level of care
• Manage clinical care telephonically or via synchronous audio & video during non-business hours
• Document appropriately and schedule follow-up tasks using Thyme Care and EHR platforms

Required qualifications

• At least 3 years of NP experience, including 2 years in adult oncology and 1 year of telehealth experience
• Unrestricted compact RN and APN license to practice in multiple states
• Experience in a startup or tech-forward company is preferred
• Comfort with using and learning new technologies, including video chatting and electronic health records
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure
