Multi-State Nurse Practitioner Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Specialty Care Nurse Practitioner Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide clinical care to patients in the Heart Center or CKD Clinic, including assessments, diagnostics, and treatment plans
• Oversee and manage the NP team, ensuring clinical performance, team culture, and quality of care delivery
• Participate in leadership meetings, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to enhance patient care

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• APRN with 5+ years of outpatient clinical practice experience, preferably in cardiology or nephrology
• Experience in a leadership role is preferred
• Master's or Doctoral degree in Nursing with specialization in cardiology or nephrology preferred
• Active RN and APRN licenses, along with BLS certification, required at the time of hire
• Multi-state licensure required, with a willingness to obtain additional licensure as needed
