Multi-State Nurse Practitioner Reviewer

Job Summary

Responsible for reviewing Remote Patient Monitoring, Behavioral Health, and Chronic Care Management reports, the full-time Multi-State Nurse Practitioner Reviewer will ensure the integrity of reporting elements and manage escalated alerts from the Passive Device Alert Center, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Review and assure the appropriateness of RPM, BHI, and CCM reports to support patient care
• Contact facility clinical leadership for feedback on reports and provide education on report utilization
• Analyze escalated alerts from the PDAC and notify the appropriate facility contacts of high-risk findings

Required qualifications

• Advanced Practice Nurse practitioner education and certification
• Active NP licenses in at least five states
• Knowledge and skills in chronic disease and remote patient monitoring management
• Proficiency in Adobe, Microsoft Word, Excel, and video conferencing platforms
• Ability to work standard business hours, Monday through Friday
