Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payroll & Tax Administrator who specializes in payroll management in a multi-state environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Process biweekly payroll for 450+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
• Ensure accuracy in wages, benefits, garnishments, taxes, and deductions
• Manage payroll tax compliance, including setup, filings, and payments

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of payroll experience, preferably in a multi-state environment
• Strong working knowledge of ADP Workforce Now or a similar payroll system
• Deep understanding of payroll tax regulations and compliance
• Solid Excel/Google Sheets skills for data analysis and review
• Associate degree in HR, Business, or a related field is preferred
