Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for payroll and HR operational functions
• Ensure accurate and compliant payroll processing and reliable HR services
• Oversee planning, resourcing, execution, communication, and evaluation of HR Operations teams

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field required; Master's degree preferred
• At least 10 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, focusing on HR Operations
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in a leadership role in a large, multi-state environment
• Experience in a healthcare system or highly regulated environment preferred
• Professional certifications such as CPP, PMP, SHRM-SCP, or SPHR preferred
