Job Summary

To shape and execute a comprehensive Total Rewards strategy, the full-time salaried Assistant Vice President (AVP) of Total Rewards will lead compensation, benefits, equity, payroll, and HR systems for a remote, geographically distributed workforce while ensuring compliance and alignment with private equity expectations.

Key responsibilities
  • Develop and implement Total Rewards strategies that align with business objectives and private equity standards
  • Oversee payroll execution and compliance for a remote workforce across 45 states, ensuring accuracy and adherence to regulations
  • Lead the design and management of equity and compensation plans, providing education and guidance to stakeholders
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 12+ years of progressive Total Rewards experience, including equity and payroll management
  • Hands-on experience with equity programs in a private equity-backed organization
  • Expertise in multi-state payroll compliance and tax regulations
  • Proven success in leading and developing remote teams
