Multi-State Payroll Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Payroll.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and process full cycle payroll on a bi-weekly basis, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Ensure adherence to federal and state wage and hour laws and manage payroll reporting and compliance
• Supervise payroll staff and collaborate with HR, Finance, and external vendors for payroll integrity

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience using ADP Workforce Now strongly desired
• Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred (bachelor's degree a plus)
• 3-5 years of hands-on experience in full cycle payroll processing for a mid-size, multi-state organization
