Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end payroll administration for a multi-state employee population, ensuring timely and accurate processing
• Manage payroll activities in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, maintaining organized records
• Use Workday and ADP Workforce Now to review payroll data, validate employee changes, and resolve discrepancies

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience managing full-cycle payroll operations in a multi-state environment
• Background processing payroll for employee populations exceeding 500 workers
• Hands-on experience with Workday in a payroll capacity
• Proficiency using One Source Vertical for payroll administration
• Strong understanding of payroll regulations, tax withholdings, deductions, and compliance requirements
