Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payroll Processor for contract-based, fully remote projects lasting 2 to 6 months.

Key Responsibilities

• Process full-cycle, multi-state payroll accurately and timely
• Review and validate payroll data including earnings, deductions, and tax withholdings
• Research and resolve payroll discrepancies and employee inquiries

Qualifications

• 3 years of hands-on payroll processing experience
• ADP Vantage experience strongly preferred
• Multi-state payroll experience preferred
• Strong understanding of payroll tax fundamentals
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
