Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payroll Processor to manage end-to-end payroll execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute full-cycle payroll processing for hourly and salaried employees using UKG Pro
• Process payroll adjustments, validate time and attendance data, and resolve discrepancies
• Administer payroll deductions, maintain tax setups, and audit payroll reports for compliance

Required Qualifications

• 2-4 years of hands-on multi-state payroll processing experience
• Direct experience with payroll systems such as ADP, Workday, or UKG
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other office applications
• Strong understanding of wage and hour rules, payroll compliance, and taxation
• Experience supporting regular payroll cycles (weekly, bi-weekly)
