Multi-State Payroll Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payroll Specialist who will assist in full cycle multi-state payroll processing.

Key Responsibilities

• Process biweekly payroll for over 1,100 multi-state employees
• Maintain time and pay data for payroll processing and resolve timecard errors
• Provide support for payroll-related inquiries and improve operational processes

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of multi-state payroll experience
• Strong Microsoft Excel knowledge
• Experience managing payroll for 1,000+ employees
• Knowledge of payroll and HRIS systems (e.g., ADP, UKG)
• Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) certification is a plus
