Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Specialist, Payroll.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee payroll services for approximately 175 clients and process payroll for internal employees
• Generate and analyze reports using MS Excel, streamline payroll procedures, and communicate regulatory updates
• Enhance the utilization of HRIS and respond to payroll-related inquiries while ensuring compliance with regulations

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years in full cycle, multi-state payroll processing for 200+ employees
• 1+ years processing payroll in Paycom
• Solid MS Excel skills including data analysis and summarization
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
• Experience processing payroll in MPAY or UKG is a plus
