A company is looking for a Payroll Specialist to manage the payroll process and ensure compliance with regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Process biweekly and weekly payrolls, ensuring accurate and timely payment for all employees
• Manage payroll inputs, maintain records, and ensure compliance with multi-state payroll regulations
• Coordinate with HR and Operations to maintain accurate employee data and improve payroll processes

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on payroll experience in a multi-state or multi-entity environment
• Experience with payroll in logistics or trucking environments
• Proficiency with payroll systems such as Gusto or Rippling, and strong skills in Google Sheets or Excel
• Ability to audit data and maintain accurate payroll records
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
