Key Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing for Partners across multiple states
• Maintain the integrity of the HRIS and collaborate with the Finance team for record accuracy
• Serve as a payroll expert, navigating tax compliance and reciprocity rules

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• 3+ years of experience in multi-state payroll processing
• High proficiency in HRIS platforms and advanced Excel skills
• Proven track record of meeting deadlines with accuracy
• Ability to communicate complex tax and deduction information clearly
• CPP (Certified Payroll Professional) credential preferred, with a willingness to learn valued
