A company is looking for a Fractional Payroll Specialist to manage payroll operations remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Process multi-state payroll for hourly and salaried employees, ensuring compliance with regulations
• Maintain payroll records in Paylocity and reconcile payroll data to the general ledger
• Prepare payroll tax deposits, respond to employee inquiries, and assist with year-end reporting

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• 5+ years of experience processing multi-state payroll
• Strong knowledge of payroll laws and regulations
• Proficient in Paylocity payroll software and Netsuite as ERP
• Remote working experience
