Seeking a dedicated Multi-State Personal Injury Attorney, the fully remote position will manage litigation cases from filing to trial, negotiate settlements, and advocate for clients in court, requiring licensure in South Carolina, Georgia, Tennessee, or North Carolina.

Key responsibilities

• Handle litigation cases from filing to trial
• Negotiate settlements and draft legal agreements
• Advocate for clients in court, depositions, and mediations

Required qualifications

• Licensed to practice law in two or more of the following states: South Carolina, Georgia, Tennessee, or North Carolina
• 2-8 years of experience in litigation, with trial experience preferred
