Job Summary

A company is looking for an RN Telephone Triage.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess patient's symptoms using physician-written algorithms
• Provide home care instructions and refer patients to appropriate medical facilities as necessary
• Document all interactions and provide health education to patients

Required Qualifications

• Current multi-state RN license with no restrictions
• 2+ years of nursing experience
• Proficiency in computer use and typing a minimum of 25 wpm
• Flexibility with scheduling, including evenings and weekends
• Ability to handle confidential information in compliance with HIPAA
