Job Summary

A company is looking for an RN Telephone Triage to work from home.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess patients' symptoms using physician-written algorithms
• Provide home care instructions and refer patients to appropriate medical services as needed
• Document all interactions and provide health education to patients

Required Qualifications

• Current multi-state RN license with no restrictions
• At least 2 years of nursing experience
• Proficiency in computer use and typing a minimum of 25 wpm
• Flexibility with scheduling, including evenings and weekends
• Ability to handle confidential information and comply with HIPAA regulations
