Job Summary

A company is looking for an RN Telephone Triage to work remotely, providing medical guidance and support to patients over the phone.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess patient's symptoms using physician-written algorithms
• Provide home care instructions and recommend appropriate levels of care
• Document all interactions and consult with physicians as necessary

Required Qualifications

• Current multi-state RN license with no restrictions
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience
• Proficiency in computer use and typing at least 25 wpm
• Ability to handle confidential information and comply with HIPAA
• Flexibility with scheduling, including evenings and weekends
