Job Summary

A company is looking for an RN Telephone Triage to work remotely, primarily during evenings and weekends.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess patient's symptoms using physician-written algorithms
• Provide home care instructions and refer calls to appropriate medical facilities when necessary
• Document all interactions and provide health education to patients

Required Qualifications

• Current multi-state RN license with no restrictions
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience
• Proficiency in using computers and typing at least 25 wpm
• Flexibility with scheduling, including weekends and holidays
• Ability to handle confidential information in compliance with HIPAA
