Multi-State RN Telephone Triage

Job Summary

A company is looking for a RN Telephone Triage (Work from Home).

Key Responsibilities

• Assess patient's symptoms using physician-written algorithms
• Provide home care instructions and document all interactions in the appropriate software
• Guide patients in determining levels of care and consult with physicians as needed

Required Qualifications

• Current multi-state RN license with no restrictions
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience
• Proficiency in computer use and typing at least 25 wpm
• Flexibility with scheduling, including evenings and weekends
• Ability to handle confidential information in compliance with HIPAA
