Job Summary

A company is looking for a RN Telephone Triage to provide remote nursing care and support.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess symptoms using clinical algorithms to guide patient care
• Deliver and document health education to assist patients in managing symptoms
• Facilitate patient access to appropriate levels of care, including consultations with physicians

Required Qualifications

• Current multi-state RN license with no restrictions
• Minimum of 2 years of RN experience
• Proficiency in computer use with a typing speed of at least 25 wpm
• Ability to handle confidential information in compliance with HIPAA
• High-speed internet connection and appropriate workstation setup for remote work
