Multi-State RN Telephone Triage

Job Summary

Offering full-time and part-time opportunities for evenings and weekends, the Multi-State RN Telephone Triage will utilize clinical expertise and technology to assess symptoms, deliver health education, and guide patients to appropriate care levels while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Assess symptoms using physician-developed clinical algorithms
• Deliver and document health education to assist patients in managing their symptoms
• Consult with physicians and assist in directing patients to the appropriate level of care

Required qualifications

• Current multi-state RN license with no restrictions
• Minimum of 2 years of RN experience
• Proficiency in computer usage with a typing speed of at least 25 wpm
• Excellent listening and comprehension skills to extract key information from patients
• Ability to maintain HIPAA compliance and handle confidential information
