Multi-State RN Telephone Triage

Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time Multi-State RN Telephone Triage will assess patient symptoms, provide health education, and guide patients to appropriate care options while working remotely during evenings and weekends.

Key responsibilities

• Assess symptoms using physician-developed clinical algorithms
• Deliver and document health education to assist patients in managing their symptoms
• Consult with physicians as needed to ensure appropriate patient care

Required qualifications

• Current multi-state RN license with no restrictions
• 2+ years of RN experience
• Proficiency in computer use with a typing speed of at least 25 wpm
• Excellent listening and comprehension skills
• Ability to maintain HIPAA compliance in a remote work environment
