Multi-State RN Telephone Triage

Job Summary

To support a growing healthcare service, the full-time and part-time Multi-State RN Telephone Triage will assess patient symptoms, provide health education, and facilitate appropriate care pathways, all while working remotely during evenings and weekends.

Key responsibilities

• Assess symptoms using clinical algorithms to guide patient care
• Deliver and document health education for symptom management
• Assist patients in accessing the appropriate level of care, including consultations with physicians as needed

Required qualifications

• Current multi-state RN license with no restrictions
• Minimum of 2 years of RN experience
• Proficiency in computer use with a typing speed of at least 25 wpm
• Excellent listening and comprehension skills for patient interaction
• Ability to maintain HIPAA compliance and handle confidential information
