Multi-State RN Telephonic Case Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a compassionate and experienced Multi-State RN Telephonic Case Manager, this full-time remote position will manage case records, evaluate medical statuses, and facilitate return-to-work solutions for injured workers while ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Key responsibilities

• Reviews case records and analyzes data to evaluate medical statuses and identify needs for proactive case management
• Facilitates timely return-to-work dates by coordinating with injured workers, employers, and physicians
• Maintains communication with claims adjusters to keep them informed of case activity and direction

Required qualifications

• Active Multi-State RN License and residency in a Compact State
• Associate's degree in Nursing required; BSN preferred
• Minimum of 1-3 years of diverse clinical experience
• National certifications (CCM, CRC, COHN, or CRRC) preferred
• General working knowledge of case management practices and ability to learn workers' compensation products
