Multi-State Telehealth Nurse Practitioner

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Telehealth Nurse Practitioner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct scheduled synchronous Annual Wellness visits and E/M virtual visits with patients
• Assess patient conditions, review medications, and provide care recommendations
• Accurately document medical records and maintain compliance with telehealth protocols

Required Qualifications:

• Must be licensed in at least three of the specified states (AR, CA, IL, IN, MA, MS, NC, OH, SC, WI)
• Minimum of 16 hours of work commitment per week
• Experience in virtual care delivery
• Strong technical skills with required computer and internet specifications
• Participation in remote training sessions for best practices and telehealth workflows
