Multi-State Telehealth Physician

Job Summary

Offering a flexible remote opportunity, the contract-based Multi-State Telehealth Physician will deliver high-quality virtual care to a diverse patient population across the United States, focusing on urgent care, primary care, and chronic disease management.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct virtual patient encounters via video, performing clinical assessments and developing individualized treatment plans
• Prescribe medications and order diagnostic workups within telehealth scope while maintaining accurate clinical documentation
• Collaborate with care coordination and operations teams for patient escalations and referrals as necessary

Required qualifications

• Active, unrestricted medical licenses in at least 5 US states; must reside in an IMLC state and hold an active IMLC letter
• Board Certified in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Emergency Medicine
• Minimum of 2 years of post-graduate clinical experience
• Currently a Medicare Participating Physician
• Willingness to obtain additional state medical licenses as needed, with costs covered by the company
