Job Summary

A company is looking for a Title Officer / Title Examiner to review and finalize title search outputs while ensuring accuracy and completeness.

Key Responsibilities

• Review title searches, reports, and document packages for accuracy and completeness
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve title issues
• Review and validate AI-generated title outputs and provide feedback for improvement

Qualifications

• 3-7+ years of experience in title examination, title officer, or a similar role
• Strong understanding of chain of title analysis, liens, judgments, and encumbrances
• Experience reviewing both residential and commercial title
• Ability to work independently in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• Multi-state experience across county record systems preferred
