Job Summary

A company is looking for a Multifamily Business Development Manager to drive strategic growth within the multifamily housing and property management sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet established sales quotas through individual and joint branch sales efforts
• Assist in system design and serve as a project liaison to ensure successful project deployments
• Build and maintain client relationships through consistent communication and engagement

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of sales experience
• Enterprise or large commercial sales experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of multifamily industry products/services preferred
• Demonstrated success in historical sales capacity
• Ability to present complex integrated enterprise solutions and conduct branch trainings
