Job Summary
Consulting with management on customer network development, the full-time remote Multifamily Customer Engagement Principal will build relationships with multifamily owners and DUS lenders, develop financing strategies, and support customer engagement opportunities.
Key responsibilities
- Building strong relationships with multifamily owners and DUS lenders by developing customized financing strategies and delivering best-in-class customer service
- Partnering with credit, legal, risk, and servicing teams to structure transactions that balance mission and market objectives with sound credit principles
- Providing guidance and recommendations on promoting and selling Fannie Mae's products and services
Required qualifications
- 8 years of relevant experience
- Strong understanding of Fannie Mae multifamily products and DUS/GSE underwriting standards
- Ability to deliver training on complex products and processes
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Demonstrated relationship management skills with internal and external stakeholders
