Job Summary
Leading a newly established regional Customer Success organization, the remote Manager of Multifamily Customer Success will drive account penetration, profitability, and customer loyalty while managing a high-performance team focused on client outcomes and revenue growth.
Key responsibilities
- Build, manage, and inspire a customer success team to deliver exceptional solutions and services
- Drive regional account penetration and optimize revenue growth within the MDU segment
- Provide hands-on coaching and track executive-level KPI reporting to measure success and customer satisfaction
Required qualifications
- Demonstrated experience as a successful sales or customer success leader managing high-performance teams
- Strong background in sales, account management, or customer success, preferably within telecom, MDU, or tech sectors
- Ability to pivot quickly between tactical coaching and analyzing/reporting executive KPIs
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on optimizing revenue and retention strategies
