Multifamily Production Associate

Job Summary

To support the Northeast Region team, the full-time remote Multifamily Production Associate will assist in evaluating, structuring, and quoting new debt opportunities in commercial real estate, while managing high-volume deal reviews and collaborating with underwriting teams.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume deal reviews and preliminary evaluations for new financing opportunities
• Perform due diligence through market data examination and cash flow analysis
• Collaborate with the underwriting team to negotiate transactions in line with credit policies

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field
• 0 to 2 years of professional experience
• Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word
• Proven interest in a commercial real estate career
• Willingness to travel in the future
