Multifamily Underwriter Advisor

Job Summary

Advising on loan communications and negotiations, the full-time remote Multifamily Underwriter Advisor will analyze risks and costs associated with lending decisions while reviewing underwriting and securities issuance processes.

Key responsibilities

• Advise on potential risks and costs involved with providing services to customers
• Analyze risks and costs of lending decisions and recommend process improvements
• Guide the process related to the issuance of securities or financial loans to customers

Required qualifications

• 6 years of multifamily commercial real estate experience
• Comprehensive knowledge of multifamily commercial mortgage underwriting and property financial analysis
• Demonstrated experience evaluating risks and structuring commercial loans for multifamily housing
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
