Multifamily Underwriter Advisor

Job Summary

Advising on loan communications and negotiations, the full-time remote Multifamily Underwriter Advisor will analyze risks and costs associated with lending decisions while reviewing underwriting and securities issuance for clients.

Key responsibilities

• Advise on potential risks and costs involved with providing services to customers
• Analyze lending decisions and recommend process improvements
• Guide the process related to the issuance of securities or financial loans to customers

Required qualifications

• 6 years of relevant experience in multifamily commercial real estate
• Comprehensive knowledge of multifamily commercial mortgage underwriting
• Experience in evaluating risks and structuring commercial loans for multifamily housing
• Knowledge of multifamily real estate markets in the Western United States
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
