Advising team members on loan communications and negotiations, the full-time remote Multifamily Underwriter Advisor will analyze risks and costs associated with lending decisions and provide recommendations for process improvements related to securities issuance.

- Analyze lending decisions and recommend process improvements
- Guide the issuance of securities and financial loans to customers
Required qualifications
- 6 years of relevant experience in multifamily commercial real estate
- Comprehensive knowledge of multifamily commercial mortgage underwriting
- Experience evaluating risks and structuring commercial loans for multifamily housing
- Knowledge of multifamily real estate markets in the Northeastern United States
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
