Job Summary
A company is looking for a NGL K12 Multilingual Learner Customer Success Consultant.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Content Specialist team to develop strategies for increasing market share in K12 schools
- Create and deliver training materials to ensure customer success and support the Secondary Customer Success team
- Participate in customer meetings to identify needs and help close new business while retaining existing accounts
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of three-to-five years of relevant experience, preferably in publishing or educational fields
- Proven major account sales ability with a strong record of achieving significant sales growth
- Evidence of strong customer orientation and ability to build effective customer relationships
- Experience working independently and collaboratively in teams
- Knowledge of commonly used desktop tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Outlook
