Job Summary

A company is looking for an Instructional Support & Differentiation Specialist (Contractor).

Key Responsibilities

• Design instructional supports focused on multilingual learner access and language development
• Ensure alignment of supports with English Language Development frameworks and core lessons
• Utilize student data to create targeted instructional materials and provide guidance on support integration

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience supporting multilingual learners across various English proficiency levels
• Training or certification in multilingual learner instruction (e.g., ESL/ENL licensure, TESOL certification)
• Familiarity with frameworks such as WIDA or CA ELD
• Strong understanding of differentiated instruction and scaffolding techniques
• Project management skills to handle multiple deliverables effectively
