Job Summary

A company is looking for a Multilingual Medical Information Specialist - Mandarin/English (China-based).

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to requests for medical and safety information from consumers and healthcare professionals
• Document and report adverse events and product complaints in compliance with regulations and internal policies
• Translate documents between English and the target language and ensure timely completion of tasks

Required Qualifications

• Life science, nursing, or pharmacy degree
• Mother tongue in the target language and fluency in English
• Strong translation skills and working knowledge of medical terminology
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
