Job Summary
A company is looking for a Healthcare Services Multilingual Representative II in the Patient Access Center, working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule, confirm, and cancel appointments while handling inbound and outbound customer contacts
- Resolve patient issues and provide comprehensive service to facilitate caller requests
- Maintain computer skills to effectively utilize applicable software and support multiple queues with inbound call volume
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma
- 6+ months of experience in a Contact Center role
- 6+ months of experience in an Administrative Support role
