Job Summary

A company is looking for a Healthcare Services Multilingual Representative II in the Patient Access Center, working remotely.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule, confirm, and cancel appointments while handling inbound and outbound customer contacts
  • Resolve patient issues and provide comprehensive service to facilitate caller requests
  • Maintain computer skills to effectively utilize applicable software and support multiple queues with inbound call volume
Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma
  • 6+ months of experience in a Contact Center role
  • 6+ months of experience in an Administrative Support role
