Multilingual Webinar Manager Producer Italian

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Multilingual Webinar Manager/Producer (Italian) to support their ongoing webinar program.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and set up webinars, including registration, room setup, and uploading presentations and resources
• Produce live sessions, manage pre-recorded sessions, and provide technical assistance to presenters and attendees
• Measure and report attendance, registration, polling, and on-demand versions of webinars

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years' experience managing webinars in a B2B and B2C environment
• Expertise in Zoom Webinar, Zoom Meeting, and/or Zoom Event
• Effective project management skills and ability to meet tight deadlines
• Italian-speaking and able to run webinars during EMEA hours
• Technical knowledge of AV equipment and software, including OBS and V-mix
