Multimedia Content Developer

Job Summary

To support the Technical Learning Design & Development team, the full-time remote Multimedia Content Developer will produce, edit, and manage high-fidelity multimedia assets, including product demonstration videos and AI-generated content, while ensuring quality and compliance for training materials.

Key responsibilities

• Produce and edit technical product walkthroughs, screencasts, and explainer videos, utilizing AI video generation tools
• Transform instructional blueprints into high-quality multimedia assets for training new hires
• Conduct rigorous quality assurance testing on visual assets for user experience and branding compliance

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in multimedia production or instructional media
• Proficiency in video editing tools (e.g., Camtasia, Adobe Premiere Pro) and graphic design software (e.g., Illustrator, Photoshop)
• Experience with AI video generation platforms (e.g., Synthesia, Descript)
• Familiarity with rapid authoring tools, specifically the Articulate 360 suite
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
