Multimedia Coordinator

Job Summary

Seeking a versatile Multimedia Coordinator, the part-time remote position will manage video production, coordinate logistics for shoots, and create graphic design assets while supporting the Media Team Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee communication and execution of video production for the organization's offerings
• Coordinate logistics for video shoots, including shot lists and communication with third-party videographers
• Create and edit branding and marketing assets, ensuring high-quality deliverables

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in graphic design or video production
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator) and DaVinci Resolve
• Strong understanding of video production processes, including codecs and DSLR operations
• Exceptional design aesthetic and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Bachelor's Degree in Media Production, Graphic Design, or a related discipline is strongly preferred
