Multimedia Design Manager

Job Summary

Owning the multimedia design function, the full-time remote Multimedia Design Manager will produce high-quality video, motion graphics, photography, and digital assets to support the marketing organization while ensuring adherence to brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and production of multimedia assets across various channels, ensuring alignment with the content strategy
• Oversee video production, including brand storytelling and educational content, while managing photography and motion graphics projects
• Collaborate with senior marketing team members on creative direction and maintain brand asset management for discoverability and reuse

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, Communications, or a related field; equivalent experience considered
• 7+ years of multimedia design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing versatility across various disciplines
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and familiarity with design and UX/UI tools like Figma or Sketch
• Experience in end-to-end video and motion content production, including concept development and editing
• Understanding of brand standards and performance data to refine creative output, with project management skills to handle multiple concurrent projects
