Multimedia Developer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Multimedia Developer (Contractor) to join their eLearning production team.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit raw footage into polished, high-quality videos for eLearning courses and training modules
• Create motion graphics, 2D and 3D animations, and visual effects to enhance learner engagement
• Collaborate with instructional designers and subject matter experts to align visuals with course scripts and learning goals

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Arts, Animation, Media Production, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 3-4 years of hands-on experience in multimedia development, preferably in eLearning or digital education
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, Animate)
• Experience with motion graphics, 2D animation, and visual storytelling
• Understanding of instructional design principles and accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG)
