Job Summary
Transforming training content into engaging multimedia products, the full-time remote Multimedia Developer will edit and enhance recorded training sessions and develop instructional materials for the Department of Veterans Affairs' contact center technology training initiative.
Key Responsibilities
- Edit training sessions into concise, engaging self-paced learning modules
- Develop and enhance multimedia assets, including screen recordings, graphics, and job aids
- Collaborate with curriculum designers and subject matter experts to ensure effective multimedia treatment of learning objectives
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in multimedia production, instructional technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of experience developing and editing multimedia learning content
- Proficiency with multimedia production and video-editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects
- Experience creating high-quality screen recordings and software demonstrations
- Working knowledge of accessibility requirements for digital learning content
