Multimedia Learning Content Developer

Job Summary

Creating engaging multimedia and interactive learning content, the full-time Multimedia Learning Content Developer will design and implement original graphics, videos, and interactive modules to enhance internal training programs in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Create multimedia and interactive learning materials, including multi-scene videos
• Design storyboards, scripts, and assessments while ensuring adherence to industry standards
• Produce and publish content across various channels, including learning management systems and social media

Required qualifications

• BA/BS degree or 5+ years of experience in multimedia and training development
• Proficiency in video, audio, and animation editing tools such as Premiere and After Effects
• Experience with visual design software, including Illustrator and Photoshop
• Knowledge of web technologies, including HTML5 and CSS
• Experience in studio video production and lighting
