Multimedia Motion Designer

Job Summary

Seeking a contract Multimedia Motion Designer to create engaging video and animation content for Total Rewards programs at a leading technology company, working remotely and requiring mid-level experience in motion design and video editing.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce explainer videos to support HR and Total Rewards programs, including benefits updates and program launches
• Create animated content for campaigns such as open enrollment and employee wellbeing initiatives
• Develop short-form video content designed for employee and manager consumption, enhancing leadership storytelling through internal videos and executive communications

Required Qualifications

• Strong experience in motion design and animation, with proficiency in tools such as After Effects
• Video editing and storytelling skills, including pacing, sequencing, and narrative development
• Experience creating short-form video content for internal or enterprise audiences preferred
• Ability to simplify complex topics into clear, visually compelling stories
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
