Multimedia Production Lead

Job Summary

Leading the development and production of high-quality video and multimedia content, the full-time remote Multimedia Production Lead will manage the end-to-end production process, ensuring all content is visually compelling and optimized for digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead video production efforts, including concept development, scripting, editing, and final delivery
• Develop compelling visual narratives that align with organizational messaging and campaign goals
• Manage post-production processes, including sound design, color correction, captioning, and formatting

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Film, Media Production, Communications, or related field
• 6 years of experience in video production and editing
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition, etc.)
• Demonstrated experience producing content for digital and social platforms
• Strong storytelling skills and understanding of visual narrative techniques
