Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Multimedia Production Team Lead to manage a remote, full-time creative production team, overseeing video editing and graphic design workflows while ensuring high-quality deliverables and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of video editors and graphic designers while fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement
• Manage high-volume creative production pipelines, triaging requests and improving workflows to meet tight deadlines
• Review multimedia assets for quality and brand consistency, providing creative direction and actionable feedback to enhance overall effectiveness

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in video production, multimedia production, graphic design, or a related creative field
• 2+ years of experience leading or managing creative teams
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator
• Strong understanding of graphic design principles, branding, and storytelling
• Exceptional organizational, prioritization, and project management skills
